Here are answers to common questions:

• We do not have your full files available, these are the proofs you saw during your ordering appointment.

• Online galleries or proofing are not available.

• A WeTransfer link will be sent in 1-2 weeks. You are responsible to download the images within 7 days.

• This sale is only good for 72 hours.

• Yes, we have your proof files even if your session was a while ago!

• If you are paying on an order currently, this is separate and you will still need to complete that payment, but you can purchase this as well.

• Each session has on average 8-20 images - unfortunately due to the time it takes and this very low price, we are not able to look and see how many images you have.

• You can print them but we can not guarantee the quality
